Issues resolved issues this week…

  • MTH New version: Issue requiring all students to have a password has been resolved (some students, younger ones for example, will not need a password)
  • MTH New version: Some calendar policy settings were not saving. This has been resolved
  • MTH New version: Issue where once you’ve added files to a bulk email, you’re not able to remove those files has been resolved

Our software team has been working away and has resolved 6 issues this week…

  • Resolved: The Student sort by Active, Former, Waitist, and Leads would not work if a special character was used in the name
  • An issue where the My Account page doesn’t display for some teachers has been fixed
  • An issue affecting bulk lessons where individual lesson cost couldn’t be edited has been resolved
  • An issue where a teacher cannot edit a student without a rate package has been fixed
  • An email addressing issue affecting delivery of some admin reports has resolved
  • A duplicate family entry was removed for an affected account

Hi everyone. It’s Rock again with your weekly software updates / announcements.

Our software team has been working away and has resolved 11 issues this week — here are some of them…

  • Teachers can now attach more than 1 file when sending a bulk email to their contacts
  • An issue where some teachers’ MTH websites were showing a security warning has been resolved
  • An issue where switching a student from the Waitlist status to the Active status failed has been corrected
  • An overdue account email notification sending to the wrong email has been resolved
  • An issue where some future lessons were showing as reconciled now appropriately show up as unreconciled
  • An issues where HTML coding showed up for teacher when sending lesson notes has been resolved
  • Resolved: flat fee charges are being charged to individual lessons for some students
  • An issue where some teachers were not able to access their account page has been resolved
