To start off our announcements, we have a winner in the 2017 Music Teacher’s Helper Teacher Survey Giveaway — and that winner is Karen Thompson (a long time MTH user since 2009).

Thank you to everyone who answered our survey questions, you’re helping us make Music Teacher’s Helper better and better for you, your students, and their families.

Now, on to our resolved issues this week…

  • New & Old Version of MTH: Issue where the Remote Login script was causing security warning errors in web browsers has been resolved
  • New & Old Version of MTH: We’ve fine tuned the billing portion of MTH so that if a payment fails, it now keeps the appropriate expiration date

We at Music Teacher’s Helper have a lot to be thankful for — and we hope that you get to enjoy your family and friends over this Thanksgiving Holiday.

FYI – Our Music Teacher’s Helper support team will be off for the Thanksgiving Holiday (Thursday, Nov. 23rd, 2017), but will return on Friday Nov. 24th, 2017 at our regular support hours.

Our new and expanded development team has hit the ground running and is already making needed changes and updates in Music Teacher’s Helper.

Issues resolved this week…

  • New Version / Old Version: Our development team has optimized the code in Music Teacher’s Helper so that it runs faster and more efficiently
  • New Version / Old Version: We’ve updated our website payment processor forms to the latest versions
  • New Version / Old Version: We’ve fined tuned how Music Teacher’s Helper processes failed payments — which resolved the issue of a teacher’s account getting disabled too soon
  • New Version: An issue where rescheduling lessons from a popup and selecting to ‘apply the change to this and all following lessons’ removes the lesson from the calendar — has been resolved
