Hi, Everyone. Thank you to everyone who came and stopped by our exhibit booth at MTNA Baltimore. It’s so rewarding to hear how our members’ lives are made easier!
We’re making great progress behind the scenes on the new Billing & Invoicing system. We also made dozens of small fixes and improvements to the new version this week. Here are a few of the notable ones:
- Lesson reminders sent to families were generating an incorrect date, specifically, December 31st, 1969, for some teachers in the new version. Don’t worry, no one is time traveling and that issue was promptly fixed!
- Created invoices were not showing in the invoice history, even though they were sent and received properly. This has been fixed and all created invoices show in the history now.
- Some students were unable to request lesson cancellations from the web app. This is now fixed.
Did you know that you can stay logged in for two weeks?
Added last month, you can select a checkbox on the login page that allows you to bypass that page for two weeks before needing to re-enter your information. It’s a timesaver that makes using Music Teacher’s Helper even easier.
It’s device specific so you will need to select the checkbox on all devices you want to stay logged in. And make sure not to use this feature on devices you share with others that you don’t want to have access to your account.
